Giuliano is an international executive and entrepreneur in general insurance, structured finance and corporate finance. He is an expert in credit risk management, insurance and banking regulation and in bank capital management through securitisation.

Giuliano is also a Managing Director of Granular Investments, advising insurance companies in synthetic securitisation transactions. In his career Giuliano has underwritten over €10 billion in loans with outstanding credit performance, covering banks in UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland and Slovakia.

Until 2018 Giuliano was the CEO of Dublin-based Arch Mortgage Insurance. He previously acted as corporate finance adviser in setting up credit facilities and ABCP conduits for corporate clients and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. He is the founder of internet and commercial real estate companies.

Giuliano is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, and holds a MSc in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Insead.
