Macroeconomic risk: The Fund will gain exposure to strategies that can be subject to changes in market parameters including, but not limited to, changes in commodity market factors and macroeconomic risk; all of which can be volatile and influenced by economic and political developments.

Active Management risk: The Investment Manager designs and implements the models that determine the Fund’s holdings; the success of the Fund depends, amongst other things, upon the ability of the Investment Manager

Financial Derivatives risk: The use of derivatives involves a higher level of complexity than a direct investment and may multiply the gains or losses by the Fund on a given investment or on investments generally. Additionally, the valuation of certain derivatives may depend on multiple market parameters.

Commodities risk: The price evolution of commodities futures is linked to the actual and forthcoming production level of the underlying commodity or even to the level of estimated stocks. Climatic and geopolitical factors may alter the supply and demand level of the underlying asset and thus modify the expected supply; the Fund’s Net Asset Value may therefore have a different evolution to that of traditional markets.
